Paradoxine (Grains of Paradise) Breakdown

Paradoxine® contains a spice from the Zingiberaceae family of plants (like ginger), called Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta). One of the compounds most responsible in aiding fat loss is 6-paradol.

Paradoxine® is for those looking to improve body composition and facilitate the most fat loss from their supplements possible.

Paradoxine® shines with its ability convert white fat to brown fat cells. White fat is basically energy storage and reduces food intake. Brown fat cells are used during diet and (cold-induced) thermogenesis. They are less dense then white fat cells and use glucose and fats, which may improve lipid levels and glucose metabolism as well. Through this conversion, Paradoxine® increases energy expenditure and boosts weight loss. This claim is backed up by studies with real people.  Studies have also shown that Paradoxine can potentially lower blood pressure, improve lipid profiles, and reduce hepatotoxicity.

Paradoxine® is standardized 12.5% 6-paradol. To experience the benefits discovered in research, most will need a daily 19mg-56mg dose of the active 6-Paradol found in Grains of Paradise. Most of the other supplements containing any form of Grains of Paradise typically contain 50mg-100mg, which at the highest standardization currently seen will only contain 6.25mg-12.5mg of 6-Paradol.  This amount does not even meet the minimum threshold for the benefits seen from supplementing with 6-paradol.

Caliente™ provides 450mg of Paradoxine® per full serving, which is 56.25mg of the active compound 6-paradol. This is perhaps the highest dose you will find of 6-paradol/Grains of Paradise in a supplement.
