Mixability - no complaints, instantly dissolves
Taste - this is subjective because I'm not really a fan of cherry flavoring but it tastes exactly as advertised.
Effects - now this is where the pre-workout shines. Good amount of caffeine (I used a scoop and a 1/4) but delivers a smooth and focused gym experience without feeling like my heart is gonna come through my chest. Took it approx 1/2 hr before working out and felt great the entire workout (about 2 hrs w/some cardio). A good amount of energy and focus but without feeling overstimulated and no hard crash after. Pretty easy on my stomach as well. Highly recommend giving it a try. Love the fomulation and def worth the price point. Looking forward to trying some of their other products after this experience.
